Our read on it
Among the longest-lived toys there is: a three-year-old builds simple towers, a six-year-old builds structures, an eight-year-old still uses them. Translucent tiles built against a window change colour with the light, a detail that keeps interest alive. Read the safety note in full before buying, because it is the most important thing about this product.

Cons

Important safety information
This is the most serious safety note on the entire site. Swallowing two or more magnets is a life-threatening emergency: the magnets attract through the intestinal walls and perforate them, which requires urgent surgery. Never leave these with an under-three, or with any child who still mouths objects whatever their age. Inspect every tile regularly and discard immediately any that has cracked or where the magnet is exposed. If you suspect a magnet has been swallowed, go to an emergency department immediately and do not wait for symptoms.
