Important safety information
The colour indicator is a guide and does not replace testing the temperature on the inside of your wrist before feeding. Storage rules: four hours at room temperature, four days in the fridge, six months frozen. Write the date and use the oldest first. Thawed milk is used within twenty-four hours and never refrozen. Never microwave it.
