Important safety information
The accepted breast milk storage rules: four hours at room temperature, four days in the fridge, six months in the freezer. Write the date on every bag and use the oldest first. Thawed milk is used within twenty-four hours in the fridge and never refrozen. Never warm milk in a microwave, which creates hot spots that burn a baby's mouth and damages the antibodies.
